Mirrabooka has been identified as one of the nation's housing hotspots while West Leederville is the place to go for a unit.
A review of property by St George, released this morning, has listed Mirrabooka and West Leederville along with other suburbs such as Potts Point in Sydney, Carlton in Melbourne and Braddon in Canberra as markets set to enjoy strong capital gains.
The suburbs were picked because of their location, price, road and public infrastructure, shopping facilities, health care and housing supply now and into the future.
